A property sitting on the Cumberland River which was recently acquired by business woman and real estate investor, Norma Crow, is being used for a townhome project.

Randy Arnold from Brentwood paid the business woman $2.5 million for a portion of the property and has plans to develop 37 residences, each with four bedrooms and four restrooms, elevators, rooftop spaces and custom finishes.

The upcoming project will sit at 1003-109 Trinity Lane. Development will start in August, with a targeted completion date of October 2023.
