Roy McGinty is a transplanted native from Auburn, Alabama who has lived in Nashville since 1997. His propensity for creating life-long friendships has allowed him to foster invaluable relationships throughout his twenty-five-year stay in the area. He firmly believes one of the best benefits of living in Middle Tennessee is the people!
Roy accomplished all of his educational endeavors through the state of Tennessee. He attended MTSU for grad school, where he earned a Master’s degree in Sports Management and Development. He was an educator and baseball coach for 15 years, which helped him develop an academic mindset and invaluable skills he brings to the real estate industry.
Roy makes a deliberate effort to stay informed about market conditions and works at perfecting his craft daily. He is a life-long learner who is patient, detail-orientated and proactive. His passion for education and personal finance, combined with a drive to build generational wealth are some of the reasons why Roy is a strong advocate for his clients. He understands pride of ownership, the importance of financial security and peace of mind.
Roy is supported by his lovely wife Allie Graves McGinty, a Nurse Practitioner, and their wonderful adopted son Isaiah, who attends elementary school in Mt. Juliet.
He is an active participant in the Donelson, Hermitage, and Mt. Juliet communities. When not assisting clients, Roy enjoys yelling at Auburn football, rooting for the Braves, divulging in the culinary scene of Nashville, and creating memories around the world with his family.
