Months after buying a Gulch development site, Camden Property Trust has unveiled designs for a proposed residential tower.

The Houston-based firm has filed plans for “Camden Gulch,” a 16-story apartment building at 909 Division St., according to Metro Planning Department records. The tower would hold 481 units and 7,300 square feet of retail.
